Raquel Glória

I have been working as clinical psychologist in private practice since 2016, developing my activity mainly with adults across key problematics as burnout, anxiety, life change, depression, grief, fear of death and addictions. I have a relevant experience in multinational companies, where I worked supporting workers, performing wellbeing sessions, teaching relaxation techniques and performing group sessions. I also worked 9 years with people with substance addictions in the beginning of my career. In my practice I use the integrated model of brief psychotherapy, a model that integrates dynamic psychology, fenemonology and existential psychology. I also have completed my training in psychotherapy, and currently I am finishing the supervision hours to be officially recognised as psychotherapist.
