Deniz Sozer

I graduated with high honors from the Department of Psychology at Bilkent University. Following my graduation, I gained diverse experience through internships in forensic, clinical, industrial, and developmental psychology. I furthered my education by completing a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where I focused my thesis on the acceptance-based emotion and physical pain regulation skills of individuals with low tolerance for uncertainty. Throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies, I worked as a researcher in various international laboratories, specializing in developmental psychology, neuropsychology, and behavioral sciences. I have also undergone extensive training and supervision in child and adolescent psychotherapies. Additionally, I am certified in Europe-accredited Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), having completed both the theoretical and supervision requirements. Currently, I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families, providing therapy sessions in both Turkish and English. My comprehensive training and diverse experience enable me to offer tailored therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
