Martina De Benedictis

As a clinical psychologist, I provide psychological prevention, support and diagnosis. Specifically, I offer emotional and psychological support services, in the management of individual suffering, stress, anxiety, emotional and relationship problems. My service is aimed at different types of users, including children, adolescents, adults and the elderly. I had the opportunity to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, where I carried out assessment and psychoeducation work that could provide the patient with a greater awareness about their areas of criticality, developing or enhancing resources and coping strategies in stress management, drafting goals and working on promoting well-being and resolving dysfunctional patterns. This experience has enabled me to develop excellent 'empathic attunement skills with patients as my most important concern.
