Gopika Raj

I am a DOH licensed psychologist with over 3+ years of experience in clinical practice. I have a masters in psychology with clinical specialisation and also a member of the association of professional psychologists (APP). I work with an integrative approach towards therapy and I strongly believe that therapy should be something that fits the client’s needs rather than putting client into an already formed framework . Hence, I combine techniques of various approaches so that it is more tailored made to fit the client. My practice has been predominantly with adults and children to address a variety of mental health issues, including neurodevelopmental disorders, anxiety, OCD, depression, and trauma. I believe that I can empower clients to achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.
