Karen P. Sol

I am a trauma-trained licensed psychologist, an International Certified Addiction Professional Level II, and a Brainspotting and EMDR psychotherapist with nine years of experience in the field of trauma and addiction recovery. Additionally, I serve as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselor, supporting individuals facing challenges in their workplace. Further, I am deeply committed to mental health advocacy and have dedicated myself to supporting individuals with various psychological disturbances. I regularly provide seminars on mental health and volunteer my time to offer trauma management for victims of abuse and natural disasters. Alongside my clinical work, I am also involved in research, freelance writing, and managing my own psychological clinic.
