I am a warranted counselling psychotherapist, with extensive experience of working with trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, anxiety disorder, depression and issues such as grief and loss. I practice using psychodynamic and person-centred approach, offering a compassionate and collaborative space for the client to explore and reflect on what has brought them to therapy.
