I have been lucky to have worked with people from all ages, all backgrounds with all kind of different issues and situations. All these experience just reinforce my beliefs in human agency, resilience and in the power of relationships. I believe we are more than what happened or is happening to us. I believe we all have the power to choose, and own our stories, regardless of our situation or limitations. I believe life gets easier when we know ourselves, when we recognize and value our emotions. I believe in the therapeutic relationship, I believe in creating an environment where people can feel safe and empower, where each client has a tailored and unique experience. And where the client is the expert of their own life.
