Educational Psychologist, I've been trained as a Mindful Educator and Parenting Coach, too. The tools that I'll provide you with are the tools that I've been learning to use in my own life, with my own kids, with the most meaningful people in my world; and over my career helping people just like you. I am direct and solution focused. We'll work together to address those issues in your relationships that are bothering you right now. We'll start with what's going on in the moment and I'll show you how to get in touch with your feelings, thoughts and limiting beliefs, that comprise the root cause of your conflicts. I'll help you raise your consciousness through mindfulness, so that you are aware of the patterns in your relationships that are creating distance and disconnection between you and your loved ones. You'll discover your own greatness, and this connection with yourself will make every other relationship grow exponentially.
