As a psychologist, i work with teen and adults.. I have been working as a mental health professional past two decades. Working experience include hospital settings and as a private practitioner. My focus is on anxiety, depression, stress, perons with severe mental disorder, caregivers, parental issues, sleep disturbances, employee assistance. My method is humanistic and CBT approach where individuals dignity is given prime importance.
