Carolyn Latham-Shiflett

As a licensed clinical social anxiety specializing in anxiety, depression, and trauma, I have training in EMDR, EFT/Tapping, Brainspotting and the Flash Technique.  I have a doctorate in behavioral health with a specialization in integrative behavioral health.  I am a certified grief informed professional, certified dementia care specialist, a certified telemental health provider, and a certified integrative mental health provider, I work with adults ages 30 and up providing individual therapy both in-person and virtually.  I have experience working with active duty service members, reservist, and veterans.  I work with first responders and medical professionals.  I also provide services to those ages 65 and up. I offer a person-centered approach that is brief and solution focused.  In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, crafting, reading, and spending time with my cat and three dogs.
