I'm a licensed psychologist, provide online sessions for mental health consultations, and therapy use CBT approach. I provide individual sessions to adults, adolescents, and children who struggle with various mental health problems that include sleep disturbances, social withdrawal, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, personality disorders, OCD, stress, and others. I have high experience in working with organizations that provide mental health services in the public health setting, as well as experience in applying the international guidelines for mental health care integration into primary health care (e.g. WHO's tools).
