Apurva Kejriwal

I am a Counselling Psychologist with over four years of clinical experience working with individuals across diverse age groups and backgrounds. My approach is primarily person-centred and informed by psychodynamic understanding, allowing me to work with both present concerns and underlying patterns. I practice from a neurodiversity-affirming and queer-affirmative lens, and have experience working with clients across ADHD, OCD, autism, as well as with queer and trans individuals. I have supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and burnout. My work is also informed by narrative therapy, through which I understand distress within broader social, cultural, and systemic contexts, recognising the impact of external environments on individual wellbeing. I bring a reflective, creative, and empathetic approach to my work, and would value the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to your organisation.
