Shelley Lord

I am a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with over 22 years of experience providing counselling and psychotherapy to youth, adults, couples, and families across a variety of settings, including schools, residential and community programs, and hospital environments. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s degree from York University, and I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, addiction, self-harm, self-esteem, trauma, childhood trauma, sexual assault and abuse, grief, family dynamics, and relationship difficulties. I also provide couples therapy and support individuals navigating life transitions, interpersonal challenges, and experiences.
