I have gained experience through placements at Fortis Hospital, Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, and MANOBAL Foundation, along with exposure to counselling in old-age homes and workplace settings. I am passionate about promoting mental health and emotional well-being, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals, and applying psychological knowledge to support people in understanding and managing their emotional and personal challenges.
