I'm a Behavioural Therapist at Ashoka Child Development Centre in Hyderabad, working with children with autism and ADHD. I use evidence-based CBT techniques in one-to-one sessions to support behaviour change, emotional regulation, and everyday coping skills. I offer sessions in the centre, online, and as home visits, so children and families can get consistent support in the setting that suits them best. I work closely with parents to carry strategies over into daily routines. I hold an MSc in Psychology from the University of Glasgow and have prior experience in adult care in Scotland.
