Nicholas Millet

I have more than a decade of combined experience supporting individuals and groups through youth work, mentoring, teaching and therapy. I am currently in my final year of completing a MSc In Integrative Psychotherapy and registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) as a trainee psychotherapist and an individual member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Alongside setting up my private practice, I have worked with both short term and long term clients at Hestia, MIND and Children and Adult Therapy Services. I also designed and set up a free mental health service in North London (Islington and surrounding boroughs) for young men from minoritised communities. This has included running peer support groups and individual therapy sessions.
