I'm a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) in Illinois and a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in Florida, providing outpatient psychotherapy to adults through secure telehealth. My work centers on depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction, including men's issues and the concerns of gay and bisexual men. I bring a background in crisis intervention, behavioral health assessment, and evidence-based treatment such as CBT and trauma-informed care, and I've spent over a decade supporting clients through community mental health, case management, and residential care. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood and can build practical skills for the situations they face.
