I have been a CBT therapist for 10 years, I am currently a Senior Psychotherapist on an acute ward specialising in trauma and I have been a lecturer in CBT for 5 years. I have also worked as a senior CBT therapist in the NHS for many years and have experience of teaching, supervising and working with most common disorders including anxiety based (OCD, social anxiety, generalised anxiety, trauma) and depression. I also have experience of working with those with ADHD and Autism and difficulties such as complex emotional needs.
