Alvaro Brizuela Bugarini

Recently graduated Clinical and Health Psychologist from Tecnológico de Monterrey with hands-on experience in hospital-based psychological care, clinical interviews, psychological assessment, and brief psychoeducational and psychotherapeutic interventions. My clinical experience includes working with hospitalized psychiatric and oncology patients, providing psychological follow-up, and preparing clinical notes and reports. I have a strong interest in evidence-based psychological interventions, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and behavioral approaches.
