Hi! I'm Mari, a psychologist who works with CBT. This approach brings together two aspects that I consider essential to clinical practice: evidence-based psychology & a context-based understanding of each patient. My practice is extremely committed to inclusivity & the unconditional acceptance of all the diverse ways of existing in the world. I've dedicated myself to offer LGBTQIAP+ affirmity care, while also having experience working with other concerns such as GAD, OCD, depression & emotional dysregulation. I'm currently persuing postgraduate training in CBT to further develop my skills & provide care that accounts for each individual's identity, culture, life history & social context, while also offering practical tools & strategies to help my clients move toward a more meaningful life.
