I am a Trainee Clinical Associate in Applied Psychology within NHS Fife, with an MSc in Clinical Health Psychology and experience delivering supervised psychological assessments, formulations and CBT-informed interventions. My work with children, young people and families has strengthened my commitment to collaborative, compassionate and evidence-based care. I value understanding psychological difficulties within the wider context of relationships, culture and lived experience, rather than viewing individuals in isolation. I have experience delivering psychological support both in person and remotely, adapting interventions to individual needs. I bring a reflective, culturally sensitive approach and a strong commitment to making psychological support accessible and meaningful.
