Maitree Ramteke

I’m a psychologist with an M.A. in Applied Psychology (Clinical and Counselling Practices) from TISS, with a specialisation in couple and family counselling. My approach is client-centred and grounded in CBT, and I stay eclectic, drawing on whatever fits the person in front of me rather than fitting them to one model. I start by building a space where people feel heard, then work with them on the thoughts, patterns, and relationships that keep them stuck. I’ve worked as a school counsellor and in fieldwork with social-sector organisations across Maharashtra, so I’m used to meeting people in different settings and at different points in their lives.
