Jennifer Hare

As a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I offer psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families through a Person-Centred and Trauma-Informed therapeutic lens. I have further certification in Emotion Focused Therapy, IFS, and working with children and families from a Developmental Attachment approach. I incorporate interventions from ACT, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to support coping throughout deeper exploration and healing. My career began with front-line social work supporting individuals with chronic illness and their loved ones. I then worked with the Alberta Government in Child and Family Services, where I discovered my passion for helping children, youth, and parents/guardians navigate life's challenges as a Family School Counsellor.
