Jerine Alex

I am a Counselling Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru, and a BA LLB (Hons). I have one year of counselling experience with corporate clients through Santulan’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), supporting individuals with anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, workplace concerns, and interpersonal difficulties. My approach is integrative, client-centred, and context-informed, with experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), cognitive restructuring, and emotional regulation strategies. My clinical observership at NIMHANS and community experience at Vikalp Rehabilitation Centre have strengthened my understanding of diverse psychological concerns.
