Khushi Maheshwary

Khushi is a Counselling Psychologist and the founder of Feliza Mental Wellness, guided by a deep belief that people are shaped by the stories they carry. She works through an attachment-focused, trauma-informed, and relational lens, integrating cognitive and emotive modalities along with art and mindfulness-based practices. Her work focuses on relational and attachment concerns, grief and loss, and identity-related themes such as self-worth and self-esteem, with therapy shaped collaboratively around each client’s context and lived experience. She works with trauma, childhood sexual abuse, parental concerns, anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD and cPTSD and relationship issues.
