I’m a Seattle-based psychotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience and a lifelong passion for psychology, personal growth, and human connection. My style as a therapist is laid-back but engaged. I’m not a blank wall. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real relationship, grounded in trust, respect, and genuine care. Many queer and trans people have sat across from a therapist and spent the hour explaining the basics. Here you won’t have to explain your identity before we get to what brought you in. These are communities I know deeply, both personally and through more than a decade of clinical work.
