I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Psychology and more than four decades of experience specializing in addiction treatment. Since 1981, I have helped individuals navigate recovery with a supportive, nonjudgmental approach grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
