Rustam Nabiullin

My bachelor's degree in psychology provided a strong foundation in psychodynamic approaches to therapy. While working as a school psychologist, I also incorporated various CBT approaches, as well as body-oriented psychotherapy, particularly Bioenergetic Analysis. My primary area of specialization is couples therapy, with a particular focus on cross-cultural couples whose partners come from different cultural, religious, national, or linguistic backgrounds. I also provide individual counseling and psychotherapy for adults and adolescents, supporting clients experiencing emotional distress, PTSD, and challenges associated with rehabilitation and migration. I provide services in Russian, English, and Portuguese.
