Jana Ghanem

I'm a Clinical Psychologist based in Beirut, working with children, adolescents, and adults. I believe therapy should feel like a space you want to come back to, one where you are met without judgment and taken seriously. With adults and adolescents, my work is psychoanalytically oriented. I'm interested in the patterns, early experiences, and quiet stories we carry about ourselves, and how those shape the ways we feel, relate, and cope today. I'm currently in psychoanalytic formation at SPIAL. With children, I use play therapy. Play is their natural language, and often where the things words can't yet reach begin to make themselves known.
