Jeffrin

I’m Jeffrin, a Psychologist in Nagercoil with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and multi-specialist hospital experience. I support individuals, teens, and groups with anxiety, depression, anger, stress/burnout, insomnia, and relationship concerns. Using CBT, ACT, mindfulness, emotionally focused, solution-focused, and Christian counseling when requested, I offer online and in-person sessions. I aim to create a warm, collaborative space where you feel heard and empowered to make lasting change.
