I am a postgraduate Psychology student, currently working as a school counsellor, with clinical internship experience in psychological assessment, case history taking, and clinical observation. I am passionate about supporting individuals in understanding their emotions, navigating life challenges, and developing healthy coping strategies. My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, and client-centered, with an emphasis on active listening and creating a safe space for open communication. I am particularly interested in working with adolescents and young adults and helping them build emotional awareness, resilience, and confidence.
