I am an RCI registered psychologist and rehabilitation counselor with extensive experience working in communities, families, and providing individual, child, and family therapy. My therapeutic practice utilizes an eclectic and integrative approach, tailored thoughtfully to each client’s unique needs and cultural background. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model, I seamlessly combine evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to restructure negative thought patterns, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Play Therapy to support children and adolescents in processing emotions and healing, and Somatic Therapy to address mind-body integration and help clients process trauma stored in the nervous system.
