I am a DAppEdPsy qualified Educational Psychologist, practicing since 2013. I offer individual online therapy for children, teens, and families, with a warm, collaborative style. My approach blends Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Together, we explore challenges, build on strengths, and create practical steps forward. I also provide clinical supervision, coaching, and clear, accessible reports tailored to each client. I have worked across a number of Local Authorities and supported children and young people of a range of ages with varying difficulties. I have supported these young people in both individual and group therapeutic sessions. I have also supported staff in varying roles through coaching and supervision.
