I’m Antonio, a psychologist registered with the Italian Order of Psychologists (Master’s, University of Padova). I work online with adults facing a difficult period, a life transition, or confusion about themselves and their relationships. My approach is psychodynamic, attentive to personal history and the meaning we give to experience, integrated with CBT tools and Control Mastery Theory, which helps uncover the deep beliefs that keep us stuck. I trained clinically alongside a psychotherapist and have studied and worked in Spain, Germany and Hungary, so I am comfortable with people from different cultures, including expats.
