I am a, RCI licensed clinical psychologist. Committed to continuous learning, I regularly engage in workshops and other fellowship programs where I get a chance to refine my skills. With 7+ years of academic experience in the field, I have developed my skills and embraced an eclectic approach to therapy. In my practice, I draw from various therapeutic modalities, weaving together elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, Solution- focused Brief Therapy and mindfulness techniques among many more. This eclectic approach allows me to tailor my sessions to client's unique needs, recognizing that no single approach fits every individual.
