I am a Counselling Psychologist with over five years of experience in counselling, child and adolescent mental health, and psychosocial interventions. I hold an M.Sc. in Counselling Psychology and am currently completing my PhD in Psychology. My areas of interest include emotional wellbeing, relationships, healthy sexuality, trauma-informed care, and adolescent mental health. I have experience working with concerns related to relationship struggles, personality and self-understanding, grief and loss, body image, sexual abuse, anger management, and adolescent mental health, including gender-related concerns and career-related concerns. I also work with intimacy and sexual concerns, problematic pornography use, and queer-affirmative therapy.
