Sandra Mathew

I am Sandra Mathew, a counsellor and online therapist currently based in Bangalore. I am working on putting up my own practice, Therapy with Eunoia. I hold a postgraduate degree in Psychology and pursuing an RCI-approved PG Diploma in Counselling Psychology from Christ University. My approach is client-centered and integrative. It is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. I work with stress, ADHD, autism, relationships, parenting, and self-worth. In session, I offer a calm and non-judgmental space. You do not need the right words. You do not have to be okay. I will listen with care, work with you at your pace, and practise within ethical and professional boundaries.
