As a licensed clinical psychologist and humanistic psychotherapist with 23 years of experience, I offer a warm, empathic, and non-judgmental space grounded in unconditional positive regard. I don't diagnose or group symptoms into labels: every person is unique, unrepeatable, and irreplaceable. I focus on the client’s and individual personal story, identifying the strengths they already have and developing the ones they need, always at their own pace. I work with adolescents and adults in English and Spanish, and just started in Italian, drawing on Gestalt and client-centered approaches.
