Gourinandana Surendran

I am an MSc Psychology graduate from Anglia Ruskin University, UK, with a background in clinical patient care and community mental-health support. My approach is warm, person-centred and non-judgmental, with particular interest in stress, emotional wellbeing, self-esteem, relationships and the influence of family and cultural expectations on mental health. My experience includes patient counselling and emotional support as a Junior Doctor, along with one-to-one support through South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. I aim to create a respectful and confidential space where individuals feel heard, understood and comfortable exploring their concerns.
