I’m Sofia Lapis, a clinical psychologist. I provide psychological counselling and support, helping individuals better understand themselves and their emotions throughout different stages of life. I believe in creating a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space where you can pause, gain clarity, and give meaning to what you are experiencing. My areas of focus include stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and personal growth. Every journey is shaped around the individual, their experiences, and their unique needs. Asking for support does not mean having all the answers. Sometimes, it simply means giving yourself the space to look inward with greater awareness and begin finding new ways of relating to yourself and to others.
