She obtained her Ph.D. in Psychology from Panjab University, Chandigarh, India, and pursued Post-Doctoral Training in Clinical Psychology at the Brandeis Counseling Center in Boston, USA. Throughout this academic journey, she immersed herself in multicultural counselling, gaining proficiency in diverse therapeutic approaches from both Western and Eastern traditions.
