Jessica Pierazzo de Oliveira Rodrigues

I am a psychologist with a Master’s degree in Psychology from USP, working since 2012 with careers, leadership and organizational development. Today I provide Psychological and Strategic Counselling for professionals, leaders, executives and entrepreneurs facing complex decisions, conflicts and demanding professional situations. My work focuses on the psychological, relational and behavioral aspects involved: emotions, patterns, positioning, communication and the consequences of choices. We start from the real situation, organize perspectives and alternatives, and turn reflection into decision and action. I do not separate career from mental health. I work where the two meet, considering both the person and the professional context.
