I am a qualified counsellor with a BSc and MSc in Psychology and Counselling, and I am currently completing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology as a Trainee Counselling Psychologist. I have over 10 years’ experience working within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), supporting children and young people experiencing a wide range of emotional, psychological and mental health difficulties. Alongside my work with young people, I have extensive experience supporting adults with difficulties including depression, anxiety, PTSD and OCD.
