I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in psychological assessment, psychological intervention, psychoeducation and workplace mental health. I support individuals experiencing emotional, behavioural, stress-related and adjustment difficulties using evidence-based psychological approaches, including CBT. I also have experience working with employees and professionals on emotional wellbeing, resilience, stress management and coping. My approach is practical, supportive and focused on helping individuals better understand themselves, manage challenges and develop healthier ways of coping in their personal and professional lives.
