I am Manvi Sodhi, an RCI-licensed Rehabilitation and Counseling Psychologist dedicated to fostering a safe, empathetic, and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts and emotions. I follow a client-centered and collaborative approach, integrating evidence-based techniques to help clients build resilience, develop coping strategies, and navigate personal challenges. With a BA (H) in Applied Psychology, an MA in Clinical Psychology, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology, I am committed to promoting self-awareness, emotional well-being, and meaningful positive change in the lives of those I work with.
