I am a Florida-based licensed clinical social worker providing therapy for adult individuals, couples, and families. I offer people feeling burnt out, disconnected, misunderstood, and/or unsatisfied with their lives the education, tools, and experiences they need to connect better to themselves, their loved ones, and their community, and build intimately connected and sustainable lives. I use a mixture of therapy approaches like Satir Growth Model, solution-focused brief therapy, mindfulness, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to help clients create change outside of the therapy sessions--well enough to fire me.
