I am a postgraduate in Wellness Counseling with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Rehabilitation. I have practical experience through internships in child development, rehabilitation, learning disabilities, and mental health settings. My areas of interest include counselling, psychological assessment, behaviour modification, child and adolescent mental health, and emotional wellbeing. I have foundational knowledge of CBT, REBT, mindfulness based approaches, and psychoeducation. I am interested in developing my therapeutic skills through supervised clinical practice while providing empathetic, client centred, and ethical support.
