I am a Counselling Psychologist with a PhD and Postdoctoral Fellowship, registered in both Ireland (C. Psychol., PsSI) and South Africa. My therapy areas including counselling for your mind, body, work, relationships and personal growth, and health behaviour change coaching, including addiction/compulsions. I will empower you to make healthy choices to help you overcome trauma and challenges, and achieve your optimal life and self-fulfilment (e.g., peace, dreams, hopes, goals, to seize opportunities, etc). I am passionate about assisting you in a holistic and human-centred manner using different relevant therapeutic approaches and a contextual deterministic/developmental method.
