I am a Registered Psychologist (RPsy) with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, providing psychological therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, stress, and work-related challenges. My approach is integrative and evidence-based, tailoring therapeutic strategies to each client's unique needs, experiences, and goals. I strive to provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, navigate challenges, develop healthier coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
