I am an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist with experience working with individuals across a range of emotional and psychological concerns. My approach is collaborative and grounded in understanding each person’s experiences, patterns, and needs rather than simply focusing on symptoms. I integrate approaches such as CBT, ACT, and humanistic and emotion-focused work depending on what feels appropriate for the client. I aim to create a space where you can slow down, understand yourself better, and work towards meaningful change at your own pace.
